We are partnering with a rapidly growing IT consultancy specializing in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) solutions. This firm is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge IT services that improve operational efficiency and security for businesses across industries. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Account Executive to help drive new business growth and secure opportunities in both the SMB and enterprise sectors.
Role Overview:
This is a commission-based, fully remote position tailored for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the MSP and VAR sectors and be comfortable working with both SMB and enterprise-level clients. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new deals with companies that could benefit from the firm’s IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Leverage your existing network and identify new sales opportunities within the MSP and VAR sectors for both SMB and enterprise clients.
Sales Cycle Management:
Own the full sales process, from initial outreach through to deal closure, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service at every stage.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, and expand your network within the IT services space.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, clearly articulating the value of the firm’s IT offerings.
Negotiation & Closing:
Skilfully negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term partnerships.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the firm’s continued revenue growth.
Qualifications:
A proven track record in IT sales, particularly within the MSP and VAR sectors, with experience in both SMB and enterprise-level environments.
Established relationships with key decision-makers in the SMB and enterprise space.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment.
Familiarity with IT solutions and services (MSP/VAR) and a solid understanding of client needs in the industry.
