eDiscovery Staff Attorney – Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) – New York, NY

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000

Our client, a well-respected law firm in New York, is seeking an experiencedeDiscovery Staff Attorneyto serve as the firm'ssubject matter experton all eDiscovery matters. Thishybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 remote)offers the opportunity to lead and refine the firm's eDiscovery processes, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the firm’s

    go-to expert on eDiscovery, advising internal teams and external clients on best practices and protocols.

  • Manage and oversee

    all aspects of eDiscovery, including document review, data management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Utilize

    Relativity software

    to conduct and oversee document review and case management.

  • Provide training and guidance on

    eDiscovery workflows, legal technology, and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with litigation teams to develop

    efficient, defensible, and cost-effective eDiscovery strategies.

  • Work closely with IT and external vendors to implement effective eDiscovery solutions.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

    and

    licensed to practice in New York State.

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    as an

    eDiscovery attorney, with substantial experience in

    document review and litigation support.

  • Strong proficiency in Relativity software

    is required;

    Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is preferred but not required.

  • In-depth knowledge of

    eDiscovery best practices, ESI workflows, and legal hold procedures.

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a

    hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 remote).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $140,000 - $190,000, based on experience.
