Are you an experienced Identity Professional looking for a remote opportunity? We are seeking a highly skilled NetIQ Identity Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This role involves supporting existing client NetIQ identity implementations and ensuring their smooth operation. Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain existing NetIQ identity implementations for our clients.
Perform NetIQ IDM application and Windows Server vulnerability remediation.
Conduct system/application Windows Server and NetIQ IDM/SSPR patching and upgrades.
Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
Provide availability for scheduled after-hours production change support.
Qualifications:
Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.
Strong task and time management skills.
Experience and Technical Skills:
Proficient in NetIQ (OpenText) IDM, eDirectory, and SSPR products.
Experience in identity solutions operation and support.
Knowledge of PowerShell is required.
Python proficiency is preferred.
Experience with Nagios monitoring is a plus.
Familiarity with other identity solutions is advantageous.
