Role:Project Manager – eDiscovery

Location:Chicago, Illinois

Salary:$130,000 - $160,000 + Benefits

We are collaborating with a renowned national law firm in search of an experiencedeDiscovery Project Managerto join their team in Seattle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with robust expertise inRelativityandlegal project managementto significantly contribute to managing complex eDiscovery workflows, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth case execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Utilize
Relativity
to support document review, data processing, and case strategy development.
Act as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines for litigation support and eDiscovery initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining best practices in eDiscovery and data governance.
Provide training and guidance on eDiscovery workflows and technology to legal teams.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management
within a law firm or legal services environment.
Expertise in Relativity
(certifications preferred) with hands-on experience managing document review and case strategy.
Strong understanding of
legal project management, litigation workflows, and case management
best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a keen eye for detail.
