eDiscovery Staff Attorney – Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) – New York, NY

Salary: $120,000 - $175,000

Our client, a prestigious law firm in New York, is seeking aneDiscovery Staff Attorneyto serve as theirsubject matter expert on all eDiscovery matters. This is ahybrid role, requiring three days per week in-office, and offers a unique opportunity to lead the firm's eDiscovery strategy and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the firm's

    primary expert on eDiscovery best practices and protocols, advising both internal teams and external clients.

  • Oversee and manage

    all aspects of eDiscovery, including document review, data management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Utilize

    Relativity software

    for document review, case management, and litigation support.

  • Train and guide attorneys and staff on

    eDiscovery workflows and legal technology tools.

  • Develop

    defensible eDiscovery strategies

    in collaboration with litigation teams.

  • Partner with IT and external vendors to optimize

    eDiscovery processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

    and

    licensed to practice in New York State.

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    as an

    eDiscovery attorney, with a strong background in

    document review and litigation support.

  • Expertise in Relativity software

    is required;

    Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is strongly preferred but not required.

  • Deep understanding of

    eDiscovery protocols, ESI workflows, and data preservation requirements.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a

    hybrid environment (3 days per week in-office, 2 remote).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $120,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience.
