Job Opportunity: Service Desk Technician (Level 1)

Location: Remote (Must reside in Orlando, Florida, for occasional client site visits)

Salary: $40,000–$55,000 + Benefits + Certification Support

About the Role

As a Level 1 Service Desk Technician, you’ll be the first line of support for clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for tech enthusiasts eager to build a rewarding career in IT, especially within the fast-paced MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.

  • Assist in deploying and configuring IT systems and applications.

  • Collaborate with a team to ensure seamless client support.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Certifications:

    CompTIA A+ or CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ preferred.

  • Experience:

    Previous help desk or IT support experience is a plus but not required.

  • Skills:

    Strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Location:

    Based in Orlando, Florida, with the ability to travel to client sites when needed.
