Forensic Technology Senior Manager – London (Hybrid) - £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This London-based role is designed for an experienced digital forensics professional, focusing on cyber insurance claim investigations in collaboration with forensic accountants, legal experts, and investigators. The role requires strong international collaboration, blending technical forensic work with strategic growth and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forensic Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct digital evidence collection, secure data preservation, and forensic analysis, following strict evidence-handling protocols.

  • Case Documentation & Reporting: Manage and maintain comprehensive case files, producing detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead Incident Response: Act as the primary contact for escalation points in cyber incidents requiring forensic expertise.

  • Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with clients, conduct expert peer reviews, and evaluate cyber claim documentation.

  • Service Development & Team Growth: Participate in developing forensic technology services, contributing to strategic planning and team expansion.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other teams to integrate and enhance the organisation’s service offerings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Educational Background & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; certifications such as GCFE, GCFA, GREM, CCE, ACE, or EnCE are highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills: 5+ years in IT or cybersecurity roles with expertise in digital investigations, cloud infrastructure, and programming (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, Unix/Linux).

  • Forensic & Cybersecurity Expertise: In-depth understanding of evidence preservation, chain of custody, and digital forensic principles. Experience in cloud technology and knowledge of cyber insurance are advantageous.

  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience managing a team and engaging effectively with key stakeholders in large enterprise environments, demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills.
