Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity? A new and innovative boutique cyber consultancy is seeking aSenior Account Managerto join their team and help drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity to become a partner in an exciting venture withno base salarybut an extremelygenerous commission plan, offering significant upside for the right person.

As a key part of the leadership team, you will help shape the business and directly influence its success. If you're motivated by new business development and have a proven track record in sellingVAR, MSP and Managed Security Services (MSSP)solutions, this is your chance to make a real impact and grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisitions and build long-term relationships with clients

  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in the IT and Cybersecurity sector

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to shape go-to-market strategies

  • Lead client negotiations and proposals, ensuring alignment with business goals

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within

    VAR, MSP and MSSP

    or related services

  • A strong network and established relationships within the cybersecurity industry

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build and scale a business from the ground up

  • A passion for innovation, security, and helping clients solve complex challenges

  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a proactive and hands-on approach
