Salary:$130,000 - $160,000 Base + Commission

With a focus on innovation and customer success, they are seeking aSales Directorto lead their sales efforts, mentor a high-performing team, and expand their presence in the mid-market and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Lead sales initiatives with a focus on the mid-market segment while identifying opportunities across all client tiers.
Mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven track record in cybersecurity sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a desire to transition into a leadership role.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity/network products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days on-site).
