Role: eDiscovery Manager

Location: United Kingdom (hubs across London, Oxford, Birmingham, Newcastle, Leeds and Bristol)

Salary: £90,000+ (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the execution of eDiscovery projects, ensuring they meet the requirements for litigation, regulatory responses, investigations, and transactions.

  • Oversee the collection of data from sources, manage the chain of custody, and track evidence across multiple cases.

  • Identify potential risks throughout the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).

  • integrate new technologies, methodologies, and workflows to improve the eDiscovery process.

  • Provide timely financial reports and revised estimates to senior management.

  • Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures from document collection to final production. Develop and lead training programs for eDiscovery team members to ensure high standards.

  • Provide comprehensive support to lawyers across all practice groups within the firm, translating complex technical processes into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.

  • Participate actively in client presentations and draft communications for clients and senior stakeholders within the firm.

About you:

  • 6+ years eDiscovery experience, working in legal services (desirable).

  • Experience in managing client requirements, timelines, budgets and other delivery-related aspects of eDiscovery projects.

  • Proven experience using either Nuix Discover or Relativity as a document review management application.

  • Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
