Vice President of Sales – Legal Services (eDiscovery & Forensic Data Solutions) | Remote | $70K Base/Draw + Lucrative Commission

Our client, a leading provider of eDiscovery, forensic data collection, data hosting, and processing solutions, is looking for aVice President of Salesto join their team. This is ahigh-impact, revenue-generating rolefocused entirely onnew business development—not management.

About the Role

As aVP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new clients in the legal sector, leveraging your existing contacts to drive revenue from day one. This role is100% remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while tapping into your professional network.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities in

    law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies

  • Leverage your industry contacts to drive revenue growth

  • Educate potential clients on the company’s eDiscovery, forensic data collection, and data processing services

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in sales

    within the legal services, eDiscovery, or forensic data industry

  • Existing network

    of legal professionals (law firms, corporate counsel, litigation support teams, etc.)

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at

    hunting for new business

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation & Perks:

  • $70,000 base salary/draw for the first year

  • Uncapped commission structure—huge earning potential for top performers
