Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 base per year, plus OTE (On-Target Earnings)

As our Network Security Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our network operations, ensuring that their infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and resilient against threats. What You’ll Do:

Design & Deploy:
Craft and implement network security solutions that keep us ahead of the game, focusing on routing, switching, wireless architecture, WAN, and Data Center Switching.
Innovate & Optimize:
Take charge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and multifactor authentication (MFA) to enhance our security protocols.
Monitor & Protect:
Keep a vigilant eye on network performance and security, swiftly addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring continuous protection.
Collaborate & Lead:
Work hand-in-hand with our IT and security teams to shape and enforce cutting-edge security policies and practices.
Stay Ahead:
Be our go-to expert for the latest security trends and technologies, ensuring we’re always prepared for emerging threats.

Who You Are:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent hands-on experience.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in network security, with a strong background in routing, switching, wireless architecture, WAN, Data Center Switching, IAM, and MFA.
You’re a tech enthusiast with hands-on experience using network security tools and technologies.
You have a solid grasp of network protocols and security standards.
You excel in problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security) would be a cherry on top.
Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
