Cyber Risk Consulting Manager I REMOTE I - $110,000 - $140,000

One of my clients are looking to hire a Cyber Risk Consulting Manager to lead the cyber risk and assurance divisions.

The role will involve leading the cyber risk function, managing consulting engagement from a delivery and C level stakeholder management perspective, driving strategic cyber risk initiatives and contributing to process improvements.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on information security requirements and industry standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

• Managing project teams, coaching and mentoring, performing staff appraisals etc.

• Collaborating with C level stakeholders to develop and implement Cyber Security Risk and Control Frameworks, leveraging NIST, ISO, SOC 2 & PCI.

To be considered for the role, you should have:

• At least 6 years’ experience working in cyber risk consulting, with 2+ years of team management experience.

• Extensive knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001 is required, knowledge of PCI DSS in strongly preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management and time management skills.

• One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or CISA.

This would be leading a project team of 3 people initially, with scope and budget to grow the team as needed.
