Senior GRC Audit Manager I REMOTE I - $120,000 - $160,000 plus 10% bonus

A client of mine is looking to hire a Senior GRC Audit Manager to be involved in an ambitious 3-year growth phase, where you will get the chance to apply your experience and expertise to develop teams, expand existing markets and teams as well as researching and building out new service lines.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Contributing to high level strategic tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, staff planning and researching new market opportunities.

• Managing, mentoring and developing teams, conducting monthly appraisals for Managers and setting tangible development goals and targets.

• Providing on the job coaching and mentoring.

• Applying my client’s audit methodology across multiple frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 & HITRUST.

To be considered for the role, you should have:

• At least 8 years’ experience in audit & audit management, with 3+ years’ experience as a people manager.

• Experience working for a Big 4 or Top 50 firm.

• Expert knowledge in one or more of the following frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST or PCI DSS.

• Excellent stakeholder management and time management skills.

• One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA or CISM.
