Senior Account Executive– IT Consultancy (Commission-Based)

We are a rapidly growing IT consultancy specializing in Managed Service Provider (MSP), Value-Added Reseller (VAR), and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) solutions. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to help drive our growth and secure new business opportunities.

Role Overview:

This is a hunter position, perfect for someone who thrives on generating new business and developing strong client relationships in the IT space. As a fully remote, commission-based Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and closing new deals with companies in the MSP, VAR, and MSSP sectors. You’ll leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to bring in new clients and contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify, target, and prospect potential clients in the MSP, VAR, and MSSP sectors.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building: Leverage your existing industry contacts and build new relationships with decision-makers to create long-term partnerships.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and communicate the value of our IT consultancy services effectively to potential clients.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas, driving revenue for the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT sales, particularly in the MSP, VAR, and MSSP sectors.

  • A strong network of contacts within these industries is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable in a commission-based sales role and capable of driving personal success.

  • Familiarity with IT services, solutions, and consulting offerings is a plus.
