Role: Security Operations Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £100,000+
Are you an experienced Security Operations professional seeking a new role? Locke & McCloud has partnered with a well- respected global organisation who is looking for a Security Operations Manager to lead a small team of 2 security analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and documentation in collaboration with the Technology Leadership Team, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage cross-functional initiatives to achieve risk goals, policies, and procedures.
Establish and maintain relationships with security vendors, including SoC, SiEM, and MDR services.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to research and evaluate emerging security threats, identifying and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Manage audit findings to ensure that business departments understand the issues and that remediations effectively mitigate information security risks.
Drive and support an exceptions and waivers process ensuring exceptions are appropriately reviewed and action.
Promote the organisation's security policy, to ensure appropriate measures are taken to secure the firm's information and minimise security incidents.
About you:
Knowledge of Azure, encryption key management and cloud- based services.
Experience in a regulated environment.
Experience of aligning technology solutions with best practice.
Familiarity with the requirements of ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Communicate confidently and clearly (verbal and written) with people at all levels of the business hierarchy.
Lead teams and display gravitas when managing key initiatives.
