Must have worked and managed at a consultancy firm in the past. We have partnered with an award winning consultancy that is looking for a Principal Consultant to grow their GRC team to support their customers greenfield projects. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute risk assessment activities to identify potential areas of concern and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
Oversee compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for managing risk and maintaining compliance in their operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk management frameworks and processes.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulatory changes, proactively advising clients on potential impacts and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Risk and Compliance Manager, within a consulting firm environment.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and compliance requirements across multiple industries.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide strategic recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
