Digital Forensics Consultant – London (Remote) - £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Locke & McCloud are seeking a skilled Associate Consultant to join our Digital Forensics team in London. In this role, you will deliver technical expertise and consultative solutions across Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cyber Security.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Preservation: Collect and preserve digital data using industry-standard tools and techniques.

  • Forensic Analysis and Cyber Security: Assist in providing forensic analysis and cyber security services to our clients.

  • Support Investigation Teams: Work closely with our regional and international Discovery & Data Insights teams (DFIR/Legal Technologies/Data Analytics), Cyber Response and Crisis Management divisions, and Investigations teams.

  • Deliverables: Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality reports and findings to our clients.

  • Defensible Work: Ensure all work is defensible and meets evidential standards as appropriate for the tasks.

  • Expert Testimony: Provide expert testimony in court as and when required.

  • Innovation and Initiative: Demonstrate creativity and initiative in delivering day-to-day duties.

  • International Travel: Be available for international travel (up to 25% of the time).

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest digital forensic techniques, tools, and trends.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Forensic Accreditations: Certifications such as EnCE, ACE, or GCFE.

  • Previous experience in a Digital Forensics role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Educated to BSc level in IT or a similar technical degree, or possess related experience.
