CMMC Advisory/Readiness Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CMMC Advisory/Readiness Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for providing advisory services and guidance on CMMC compliance readiness to clients. Day-to-day tasks include assessing current security postures, identifying gaps, recommending remediation actions, and assisting in achieving and maintaining CMMC compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in CMMC compliance and readiness assessments

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements

• Experience in advising clients on security best practices

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
