Salary:$120,000 - $140,000 + Benefits

What You'll Do:
Ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards, understanding the risks associated with non-compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and improve protocols.
Provide expert guidance and support on security best practices.
Communicate complex compliance issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Hit the ground running in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What They're Looking For:
Strong technical background in security, with a deep understanding of compliance standards and their importance.
Over 7 years of experience working in the Security field.
At least 4 years of experience specifically working as a NERC CIP Specialist.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISA are highly desirable.
Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting while maintaining strong team collaboration.
